If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our products, you may return opened cartridges within 30 days of purchase for replacement or refund. Money will be refunded once PrimeToner.com has received merchandise.
In addition to our 30-day risk free policy, our 180-day guarantee program allows you to return any defective product for a replacement.
We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacing of any product found to be defective under normal use.
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC) prior to returning any products. Please call 800-545-8480 or e-mail us at support@primetoner.com to receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Before a refund and/or reshipment can be issued, cartridges in question must be returned.
All returned cartridges must be at least seventy percent (70%) filled. This policy provides ample and fair testing to meet product satisfaction. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% filled we will notify you via email. If you would like the cartridge back, please contact us for you to make payment arrangements for shipment.
We cannot guarantee against damage resulting from improper storage or other misuse. Physical damage resulting in bent pins, cracked or chipped cores, burned, or otherwise sustained physical damage nullifies the RAC.
Products authorized for return must be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Customer shall return the products to PrimeToner in the original packaging and enveloped in the original bags, along with the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice. If no invoice is available, please include a letter specifying the problem, and including date of purchase, and the invoice number and customer ID. Also please include your first and last name, and your phone number. This will help us expedite the solution to your problem, and allow us to contact you if there are any problems, or concerns regarding your return.
All will call / pick up products will be subject to a restocking fee if the customer did not pick up their products when it is ready for pick up.
All refused packages and undeliverable address that are returned to us are subject to a restocking fee.
PrimeToner will not be responsible for damaged parts if customer does not follow this process. Please retain shipping information including tracking numbers, until your account has been credited by PrimeToner or replacement product is received. PrimeToner cannot be held liable for any lost packages that are not given any type of tracking number or documentation. If PrimeToner determines that failure of the product was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, or if the reason for return does not involve failure, then PrimeToner reserves the right to charge the customer for parts and labor at PrimeToner's current labor rate, or charge the customer a restocking fee. PrimeToner.com will advise customer prior to assessing these charges.
Please allow two to four weeks for credit. PrimeToner.com reserves the right to grant return approval at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping and Handling are not refundable. PrimeToner.com will not be responsible for any return shipping. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee. PrimeToner will not replace or exchange products. We only refund the credit less the restocking fee.

We ship worldwide including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO, FPO, and other US military addresses via USPS. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. For all international orders, the buyer assumes all responsibility for customs duty, brokerage fee, sales tax, or any other related fees, if any, charged by a third party. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control.
